One of the best values in Santa Barbara. Rates are less than comparable chain motels and the rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. I found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. more

Embarrasing.

I can't believe the rate for this completely awful motel. We walked in and walked out. Don't bother. There are plenty of other Santa Barbara motels. Shame on the owners. Clean it up. more

A friend and I stopped here for one night during a road trip of California. It was actually quite a nice hotel. The price was good, the location was convenient and the rooms were comfortable. Its located around 15 mins walk / 5 mins drive from the main boulevard in Santa Barbara where all the shops and restaurants are located.... more

This place was fine for us as we just needed one night and was passing through. Would happily have stayed a couple more nights too. The hotel is in a good location, just up the road from the main street with all the shops. The room was big and the back patio led straight to the pool. There is the... more

An average american motel similar to many of the chain motels. We got a room with direct access to the pool area and had a nice patio with two chairs and a little table. Nice place for an afternoon beer. Location is good. About 15 min walk to all the restaurants and shops. more

Like other reviewers, we also found ants in the room (don't leave open beverages out!) and worn out towels. The location is not walking distance to the main shopping area of State Street, but is a quick drive. The room also had a slightly dank, damp smell. At the very least, I thought the bed was firm and comfortable for... more

Ok accomodations but should get a bit more for the price (small fridge, microwave maybe). Overall clean and the staff was helpfull and friendly, but look elsewhere if you want a bit of ambiance and charm to go with your stay. One note, rooms are being remodeled at this time. more

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It is clean (except for the floor). This place is no frills. None at all. You may find ants in the bathrooms. I do every time I stay. My last visit was one without any washcloths. The towels are hard and scratchy. If you are not careful, you may be laying... more

No, this place isn't great, but for the money, and considering how much most hotels in Santa Barbara cost, I'd say it sure beats sleeping in the car! While it is a budget accomodation, it had everything we required (didn't have a hair dryer, but when we asked at the front desk, one was supplied to us.) The bathroom was... more

We stayed here one night because we were on a budget. It is not worth the savings. The faucet in the shower would not turn off and maintainance never came to fix it (we checked out and the water was still running), ants in the bathroom, super thick pillows that were impossible to sleep on, gross carpet. I can't believe... more
