Great location, able to walk to the beach. Older property, so not anything fancy. It was simple, convenient and met our needs. It was nice that the second bed was in another room with a door, so our son had his own space. Couple who ran the place were very nice. Breakfast could have used some fruit, but cheese pastries... Stayed here for one night while passing through on a road trip. It's a little difficult to see the turning into the car park, and from the outside it doesn't really look like much but the room was nicely appointed, large and clean. Unfortunately I was in the room next door to the housekeeping laundry room so there was a... More

Affordable, neat and clean, with a hot tub. Close to the beach and pier. Just what we were looking for. As we were travelling on a budget. A short walk to the beach and the pier, free parking and wifi.

I rated this hotel based on our overall stay of two nigths. First the pros..the room was clean and up to date. Refrigerator and flat screen with HBO was also nice. The location of the hotel was in walking distance to the beach and pier. We took a trolly to visit State street and a taxi back home as it... More

It is an older building that they try to keep clean and operating but the colors in the room are not attractive; bathroom is small. There is only a shower (no tub) and a lot of water deposits on the shower door with sloppily done caulking. However, everything worked; the location is fine near the beach. For "breakfast" you walked... More

Okay, so this is the place you go to when all other hotels are booked or too pricey because it's peak season. Would I stay here alone? Not if I have other options. No safety latches on the inside of the door and easy sliding first floor windows. (Bring your travel alarms ladies!) However, it was clean and that is... More

We stayed at this property for one night and got out as soon as we could early in the morning. The room appeared clean, but there was strong chemical smell (probably bleach) in the room and gave us terrible head ackes. The place was fully booked so we didn't bother asking for a different room.

The doors on the rooms were extremely heavy and difficult to shut, and every time anyone within ~5 room radius shut their door it was inappropriately loud. Furthermore, the guests staying at this hotel were screaming all night long, both nights of our stay. It is a hotel for young drunk kids- not a place for grown-ups. I would not... More
