We stayed at the hotel for 5 days as part of our two week honeymoon in LA. The hotel has everything you could want from a short break but by far the best feature was Anthony! He really does provide first class friendly service. He knows the area and can recommend restaurants and the best beaches. Nothing was too much... More

Want to stay within a couple blocks of the Santa Barbara harbor and not go broke in the process? This is the place. The extremely friendly and professional staff ensure a delightful stay. Rooms have been updated. Breakfast isn't rubbery eggs. Wonderful pastries and breads, fresh fruits, yogurt, and much more. You can sit by the pool and enjoy wine... More

What a beautiful place. We booked the queen room due to availability and it was stunning. The bed was comfortable and the room was very homely. The accommodation has a nice pool and serves a good breakfast with a nice choice of pastries, cereals, fruits and juices which is worth doing. If there was more to do in Santa Barbra,... More

This is a lovely little hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The pool is nice but quite small and the breakfast is poor (very little space to eat it and a very small amount of choice) but overall it is begun nice.

Not the first time we have stayed at this charming location. Have been coming out to Santa Barbara for the last 9 years and there is no other place one should consider than Inn By The Harbor. From the moment you check in, the staff greets you and welcomes you to Santa Barbara. Though a regular, the staff always reminds... More

We stayed here at the end our our trip down the coast and it was by far the best experience we had all week. Anthony at the front desk was helpful and friendly and gave us great advise to insure a good time. We especially loved the ease of having bikes at our disposal. The fresh baked cookies were a... From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff who advised us of all the facilities available to us during our stay – breakfast, complimentary coffee, wine/cheese in the afternoon and cookies in the evening. The hotel is small and cozy and it feels like home, very nice! The room was a little dark but clean... More

Nice hotel. Staff was really helpful with restaurant guides, printing airline tickets and things to do. Bicycles if you want. Breakfast, evening wine and cheese and nighttime milk and cookies. Very accommodating. Kitchenette in room.

The title of this review was my reply when I was asked upon checking out "how was everything?", "Just fine". It was nothing more, nothing less, just fine. After so carefully "shopping" for a hotel months before our recent stay, here on Trip Advisor, thoroughly reading through countless reviews of this hotel (as well as many others), I suppose honestly...
