My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night during a short, two day getaway, midweek. We both had read reviews and seen photos and were pleased. I ended up booking a Courtyard King due to the fact that it had the in-room fireplace and the pictures looked nice. There was a 15% discount at the time as well, so... More

What a wonderful little gem! This condo-style hotel has the feeling of a small resort. Each unit is housed separately with a central courtyard. They also serve a light breakfast with great coffee. Room was spacious with a kitchen, full bathroom, and even a fireplace (which has a timer). Would've given 5-stars, but the carpet was extremely flat/rough and looked... More

Excellent multi-night stay at this property while touring the Santa Barbara area. The rooms are exactly what they look like in the pictures. Affordable rates, very clean and tidy rooms and property, friendly staff. Parking is free, but there are limited spaces on site, leaving some car travelers to scout for street parking and accordingly pay attention to daily parking... More

Two old gal friends had a holiday shopping trip to Santa Barbara and really enjoyed our stay at CDMI. We enjoy a two bed, two bath suite with a kitchen and fireplace. They had wonderful bedding and linens. The lovely expanse of vintage wood framed windows overlooked a lush green area and we did not hear a single noise from... More

The rooms are very plain in contrast to the cute colonial style of the hotel overall. They are clean and comfortable and staff are lovely. Breakfast is not good, pretty much cornflakes, bagels and a few pastries. However the location is great and it's good value for Santa Barbara.

On the way to San Diego from San Francisco, stayed at this hotel one night. We really liked it. The room is clean, bathroom is big. The hotel is very close to the beach and downtown area. Free wifi, free parking, free breakfast, and free wine and cheese in the afternoon, very nice!

Decided to stay here based on location and reviews. Check in was quick and friendly. I like how each room has its own entrance. We had a room that faced the street and not in the courtyard. The room was clean and the bathroom is HUGE! I think I would have preferred the bedroom to be bigger and the bath... More

Good location - right near the end of the main street and across from the beach. Being at the end it is quieter. Rooms - we were in room with only front windows and a ceiling fan between the beds. It made for a very stuffy room - there was no air flow through the room at all. Also made... More

The location is good, walking distance to the beach and pier. Nice colonial style hotel, rooms not too big but confortables, no air conditioning, this makes the room hot during the day, complete and clean bathroom. Parking can be difficult inside the hotel, few lots. Staff is friendly, there's a wine and cheese appetizer for free at 5 pm. Breakfast... More

It was a pleasant quaint place for a quick weekend getaway. Please note there is no A/C but there are in-room fans. The rooms were nothing too fancy, but clean and comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home base to unpack and then go explore the city or soak up the beach life.... More
