It was a clean park with terraced sites. The pool was crowded so we didn't go in. They had lots of activities including concerts and a wine taster that was nice. Close to the marina and beaches. Had a few trails to hike next to the RV park.

Hello Jean: We thank you for your kind words, but think you might have gotten us confused with another RV park you stayed at. We do not have a pool, concerts or wine tasting. There are numerous hiking trails around Santa Barbara, but none within walking distance from our park. If you did stay with us, we hope you enjoyed... More

Really nice place to stop. Has everything in your parking space ie electric, water and waste. Showers are very hot and like a jet hose. We also arrived late but it wasn't a problem. The park has free wifi. Only criticisms, not many toilets for the whole site and it's right next to the freeway so a little noisy.

This rv park has a very friendly and helpful staff. Don't expect facilities like swimming pool. The restrooms are very clean. The beach is half an hour walk because you have to cross the highway 101. There is not much to do for children. There are some nice and shady spots, try number 12😃

Just spent the night here and I have to say it's a great park. It's relatively small (only about 20-something spaces) but is very well-maintained. I like that it has gravel parking areas - some of the asphalt/concrete jungle RV parks are very off-putting. The owners are absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful. This is not a giant RV... You have to know what to expect when you come here. It's not "camping" for sure. However it is super close to downtown and to the beach so it's the best location if you want to be near everything. If you want a vacation where you're spending a lot of time hanging out in your trailer, this place probably isn't... More

This is a very small rv park owned and run by a very nice couple. As the reviews say it is very close to the free way. But the noise was only slightly noticeable from our spot when we were outside, and not at al inside the rv. It is in Santa Barbara but the intersection of state and Stearns... More

This is a quaint little RV park, and very handy to Santa Barbara. The road can be a little noisy, but I turned up the a/c and didn't hear a thing. The facilities are clean and the staff are very helpful. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. Big rigs may find it a bit tight, but we... More

I'm giving this review 5 stars because of the friendliness & professionalism of the parks management, cleanliness of the facility and overall value of accommodations. The managers here are awesome & very attentive to the needs of their guests. The grounds are well maintained, the bathrooms are clean & private, the laundry facility is convenient and the location of the... More

Located right at NB 101 exit 95. Small park with full hook ups, 50 amp, level gravel sites, paved interior roads. Sites are small but fine for limited stay. Very clean remodeled restrooms/showers. Small laundry. Very close to ocean/Stearns Wharf/ marina and downtown. Staff excellent. We stayed here in motor 38' motor home. $$$

This park is conveniently located just off 101 in Santa Barbara. It is 2 blocks from public transportation to downtown, waterfront and other attractions. But the sites are very small. A huge truck came in during the night and I was concerned that he was going to smash into us. There are 4 bathrooms. Each bathroom contains a toilet, sink... More
