The staff worked with us on our reservation, we had a great time in Santa Barbara, the restrooms were neat and clean, the shower water pressure was great, we had nice fellow travelers. The staff answered our questions, gave great directions, and we will come back when we bring the RV next!

Aldo I read à lot of bad reviews, it was à great place to stay! Yess its next to the highway but if you are traveling through And want to explore Santa Barbara, its perfect for one or two nights. You can walk to Santa Barbara whitin 20 minutes, I thought it was ok to walk, if you have à... More

Just to be clear, we were born and raised in Santa Barbara, so knew exactly what to expect of this RV park and general area. Santa Barbara is a very expensive place to visit, so reviewers who complain about the price of this park are out of line. The park is perfect as a base of operations for anyone wanting... More

The gentleman who booked us in was great and gave us some advise on the area but there is where the 2 stars go! The RV park is extremely small the toilet/ shower area small and as there are windows at waist height makes you feel very insecure we only stayed 2 nights and was glad to leave we went... More

We agree with you about the bath windows. They are frosted, but that probably doesn't feel as safe as opaque, so we have painted them. A little less daylight coming in, but we want our guests to feel comfortable. We are so sorry that the electrical service was out during your visit. SCE (Southern California Edison) was working in the... More

We are back for a second time!!! If you want to enjoy Santa Barbara and see all it has to offer, this is where to stay! Yes, the park is an older small facility, but it's very clean and friendly. Beaches, shopping, and restaurants are all within a mile or so. The park does sit along hwy 101, however there... More

This is located in a great spot fairly close to downtown and the beach. Both are walkable, though NOT right next door. Wear your sneakers!! The park is very accessible, right off the 101, with nice sized spots and full hook ups. We easily parked our 34-foot class A with no trouble. The staff is awesome! Ok, so a lot... More

Based on the website, information provided and nice lady named Judy who took our reservation we expected this site to be much cleaner and more modern than it was, and to be much closer and accessible to Santa Barbara's downtown. "New and modern" laundry were three new washers and dryers in a dank building, and bathrooms are very small and... More

Yes Judy is a nice lady but this park is horrible. The bathroom and showers are very dirty and don't appear to be maintained on a daily basis. After 5:00 there is no one available to help if you need some assistance. The location is in the middle of a neighborhood and next to the very noise 101 freeway. If... More

We turned up at Santa Barbara around 7pm on a Friday night recently. We hadn't booked partly because of the mixed trip advisor reviews. However we had failed to get in to the other RV parks on the way. We were so relieved to see there were spaces, the paperwork we needed was all neatly arranged outside the office for... More

What I like about this RV Park is it's location and the honesty of the management. Yes, there is some freeway noise, but it did not bother us...we were there to enjoy our daughter who lives in Santa Barbara, so trotting 15 miles north or south was not an option, therefore we thought we'd give it a try, even though...
