The price of this hotel is quite reasonable with the ocean across the street. You can't see it though due to the hotels right on the ocean. This hotel is quiet and appears deserted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean,quiet and spacious. The location was perfect for our destination of Hearst's Castle and walking distance to the ocean. The room had an in room coffee maker and refrigerator. Would definately stay there again. more

Our rooms (#115 and 117) were very clean and looked like they'd been renovated fairly recently. Pristine tub/shower with a brand-new looking shower curtain and plenty of hot water. Standard decor and amenities that you'd expect from a budget hotel. Thin walls/doors, so sound definitely carries. But we had quiet neighbors so had no problems getting a good night's sleep.... more

Days Inn is a great affordable place to stay along the coast. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean with a small balcony with clear view of the ocean (over roof tops as hotel is across the street from coast line) Nice assortment of Free breakfast items including hot waffles and fresh juices in well kept dining room... more
