Terrible smell in the room, filthy windows, filthy furniture, minimal water pressure in the rooms - turn on the sink and get frozen or burned in the shower, no usable tennis court as advertised - one net missing and one sagging, limited television, internet service didn't work, staff unable to help make corrections.
