We enjoyed this Inn/Resort so much we returned to it another time with our friends. The rooms were clean and cozy, the grounds are spectacular, the restaurant is fantastic, and the coffee shop was nice in the morning. This place makes for a wonderful rest for an evening and a night while traveling from LA to San Fran., or is... More

We stayed there for 4 days. The park is awesome and well maintained, the rooms are wonderful and the restaurant offers very good food. The only drawback: the WiFi is paid (cheap though) and virtually nonexistant.

Made a reservation based on tripadvisor on our trip down the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to San Diego. This was so much more than we expected. Fortunately, we arrived a while before sunset. We simply soaked in the relaxing atmosphere and delighted in the hummingbirds which were everywhere. Our deluxe rooms had magnificent views and the rooms were... More

I took my girlfriend to this secluded spot off of Highway 1 for her birthday and it far exceeded expectations! The views of the ocean surrounding the location were amazing and I was able to take some of the best photos I have ever taken of the Central Coast! Our room had everything we could hope for and the jets... More

My stay at the Ragged Point Inn was better than I expected! This was one of our stops on a drive south down the coast. Tip: If you are going to be driving from the Monterey area, please make sure that you give yourself adequate time to drive down the 1, so that you are not driving in the dark.... More

Our night here was a spur-of-the-moment opportunity, having decided we were a bit tired to carry on to our intended destination. While it is quite expensive for what you get, it's also a very nice place and we didn't regret the cost. The large room had a very nice glass-fronted gas fire, a big and very comfortable bed, and a... More

I'll be honest and say that I originally planned on staying at Treebones, however they had a two night minimum stay and we were only passing through Big Sur for one night. Ragged Point was perfect for us and it has the feel of staying at camp. There are the rooms, a small grocery store, a casual food shop, and... More

WOW. what a great place. Great room, views were amazing, extremely clean and spacious. A one night stop over on the way to San Fran, it was slightly out of our set budget, but we needed a bed and this place was chosen. Cannot complain about the quality of the place. It was fabulous.

Walked in as looked lovely..very accommodating insisting on room check to see if we liked it...very clean and comfortable. Large rooms..reception staff very pleasant and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was good value and very nice. Price of the room was very reasonable. If we had of known this was here we would have cut our stay in San Francisco... More

We stayed here for a night on the way to San Fran and were really pleased with our room, which we'd booked with fairly low expectations. Rooms are huge and, though a little dated, perfectly comfortable and clean. The location however more than makes up for any flowery bedspreads. THEY ARE INSANE! Get there before sunset for the most beautiful... More
