There was NO wired internet in rooms and the WiFi experience was unbelievably bad. We were also very disappointed with the "new Bistro." In the past, at other Courtyards we really loved the breakfasts that were available to the travelers. Well, Cortyard now has no "real" foodservice available, and instead has the Bistro which just has packaged bagel type offerings...

I recently stayed at the San Ramon Courtyard and had a great stay. A group of us stayed there for a friends wedding. The staff was amazing and modeled excellent customer service. Liked: Having a room at the end of the wing got us a private balcony. The bed slept very well but it was either a heavy comforter or a thin sheet - nothing in between. Fan on the heat/air system was over-efficient so we were able to (had to) do without. freeway noise was HORRIBLE!

Marriott really has done a great job renovating these hotels ... this is the second one I have seen and they are very nice ! Computer lounges , books , magazines , fireplace ... interactive map which is very helpful ... Market area with food and drinks available 24 hrs ... not to mention great bar / restaurant area ......
