Had a pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and appeared well-run. It was very convenient to the Bishop's Ranch Business park. Two quibbles--breakfast was really pretty expensive, considering the nightly rate. And the smokers should be moved away from the front entrance. more

Exacly what I'd expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. Rooms recently redone, very clean property, nice lobby with seatng (good for groups). No free breakfast, but free internet matters more to me. Too chilly during my stay to enjoy the pool, but the indoor whirlpool was nice. The hotel backs to I-680, so consider asking for a room facing San... more

Courtyard by Marriott advertises they are the hotel designed by business travellers. I wonder if most business travellers really enjoy laying awake listening to their neighbors talking, arguing or having sex? Because that's what I was doing in my room in San Ramon last night. Granted the room was newly redone, but I would have preferred that the owners took... more

Hotel was clean. The weather was very hot but the A.C. in the room was very noisy. Had a very bad nights sleep the first night. We told the front desk .That morning they replaced the entire A.C. unit and everything was resolved. Great service and will stay again. more

We stayed here for 3 nights & enjoyed ourselves very much. Quiet, nice room (on the west/non-freeway side of the building), great service from all staff we encountered, great location. We would definitely stay here again! more

Clean, good service at front desk, nice breakfast. I don't know if it was an annomally, but the mattress on our bed was firm to the point of being painful before the night was through. There was absolutely no cushioning, not even a cushioning mattress pad. Pillows are not very good either. Since the main point of staying in a... more

I got this room using my Marriott points, and it was wonderful. The staff treated us great; everybody smiled and greeted us. The room was very clean - I'm very picky since I need to stay in hotels for my work. The next morning, we had the breakfast buffet which seems expensive off hand at 10.95 each, but really is... more

Great hotel, great bargain (I got it thru Priceline). It is next to the freeway, but seemed quiet enough. We did get a street side room -- my husband asked for something 'quiet'. There is a Chevy's Mexican restaurant and a Marie Callendars in the parking lot. There are countless restaurants within one mile. Property seemed new and very clean.... more

Stayed here for 2 nights during a family members hospital stay. Was very close to the hosptial which is why I chose it. Looked to be in a good downtown location--lots of shops around, and easy freeway access. There are 2 restaurants right next door (basically in the parking lot)--Chevy's and Marie Calenders--and both do delivery to the hotel. more

My husband and I stayed here for one night during a road trip. It was pretty much the same as any Courtyard, which I like. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds large and comfy with a selection of pillows to choose from. The one thing i didn't like very much was that the jacuzzi is located inside right... more
