Spent just one night over there. There was too much renovation going on. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. The room is small and could not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. When we called the front desk they told us to come done to get one. They were sort handed at the desk. DO not recommend... More

They're still re-doing the lobby as of last week. It puts a serious crimp in the breakfast service but otherwise an excellent stay. I used Uber from Bart and was pleasantly surprised that public transit worked well on this business trip. Room was quiet, bed was great. Cons: lobby construction, not enough power jacks at desk, bath looks dated

Rented a suite, and was pleasantly surprise at how roomy and it had a pretty good kitchen. It was only for an overnight stay. But nice to have a microwave, refrig and dishes. The front office and downstairs was being remodeled but really did not interfere with any of the necessary processes (check in, breakfast-which was more than adequate). The... More

This is a great hotel, in San Ramon near Danville, within walking distance of a couple of nice strip malls and easy driving from some amazing restaurants. Only 25 miles from SFO. The staff is courteous and very helpful; they even lent me a flat iron because I had forgotten mine. My room was spacious and quiet, with a view... More

I wantt to recognize one employee who went well abve the call of duty. Janet at the front desk helped me when I broke a key in my igntiion. I called a locksmith that never came. She called antoher one for me and it was about an hour wait. She asked if she could call a mantience person. She did... More

This hotel has a lot of really nice extras that help make up for the strange-shaped, somewhat claustrophobic rooms, but people who want to feel a bit of "space" may want to try a different hotel. The rooms are boxy but divided by a large wall that divides the kitchen from the living room and bed, which means a wall... More

This is a really nice place in the heart of San Ramon but the lobby is being renovated to keep it nice and when you walk in it looks like a lot of covered up walls an plastic. Employees were great. really good breakfast and the rooms are in good shape. This place must have good sound proofing as it... More

Had a reservation, so check-in was a breeze. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. There was some construction in the lobby, but it was isolated with a sheet of plastic. The guest room was clean, and the very different floor plan was pretty nice. While we did not use it, there was a nice mini-kitchen available for use. We... More

We stayed again at the Hyatt House San Ramon over Thanksgiving. Teh 1 bdrm suite is very roomy, the bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast quite good. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent assortment of items, including oatmeal, juice, fresh fruit, toast, bagels and english muffins, omelets made to order and excellent coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the... More
