How thoughtful that management answers every complaint online That must explain why they are never there for the guests. Of course, it does appears that they copy and paste their bland responses. I honestly don't know where to begin. I have stayed in other extended stay hotels that really do treat guests as guests. It has to be pretty dismal... more

I stayed here for 2 months in 2008 and was unimpressed. As other reviewers commented, my room would go un-serviced for 2-3 weeks because of a problem with housekeeping. Although I complained to reception, little was done. The "signature" rooms that had apparently been refurbished looked like something from the 60's. Awful brown carpet and tatty curtains covering the wardrobe... more

My husband has stayed with this hotel before in L.A., and had good experiences so we gave this location a try. But when we arrived we had problems from the first week. We had problems with housekeeping. Two and a half weeks with no service. Had to go get our own towels, sheets, toilet paper, coffee and whatever else we... more

This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is inconsiderate, the amenities are lacking, and the whole experience leaves a sour taste in your mouth. The first room had the windows wide open, and since it was raining, the carpet was soaked. The heater wasn't working, so I went back to the lobby to get... more

I have stayed here twice. There were some housekeeping problems on both occasions. The last stay was bad. We were awakened to the noise of some men running around our floor, baning on doors and setting off the fire alarm. They also shot off the fire extinguisher outside our door. After calling a few times to the front desk eventually... more

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was really nice and we had arrived 3 hours early driving straight from Seattle and the staff let us check in early. The room was very clean and we were right next to the freeway and it was very quiet. There are many places to eat and lots of shopping near by. Will... more

I stayed at this hotel earlier this year during a business trip to San Ramon. I usually stay at the Marriott, by it was booked during my stay. Once checked-in, I went to my room to find out the air conditioner did not work. Since it was a very hot day, I called the front-desk and they said they would... more

Extremely uncomfortable bed, harder than concrete. Thin walls, and lots of noise from the street. You get what you pay for---an efficiency studio. Good maybe for long-term stays, but definitely not for one-nighters. more
