Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, just outside SFO. Within 10-15 minutes you are in downtown SFO, very easy. No parkingfees at the hotel, nice. The rooms were fine, beds were good. Breakfast will get you into the day for the next 2 hours : not much, everyday the same. Coffee is bad. Reception is nice, but thats all,... more

A chain hotel that provides good accommodation for a fair price. The rooms are rather tired in places but the bed was comfortable and the room a good size. The hotel is fairly rambling with some of them a long way from reception. Food in the hotel was good and a reasonable price. I would stay at the hotel in... more

Irritating checkin. Waited for guest in front of us (that was fine), then front desk answered phone without acknowledging our presence and then talked 5 minutes. Another desk hotel employee walked up to the front desk, greeted us, said he couldn't help us and to wait for the person on the phone. The man finally got off the phone. We... more

We had high hopes for this hotel when we booked it but left very disappointed. We arrived at the hotel and checked in and our key cards weren't programmed correctly so we had to return to the desk to have them reprogrammed and then only one of them worked. Not a big deal but inconvenient. We did notice the room... more

This is a 70's hotel (Ramadaesque) ,remodeled, yet the bathrooms are way too small to accommodate any more than a single traveller. You seriously cannot get two people in that tiny bathroom. I see this a lot in remodeled hotels of this era and usually the price reflects it (as in this case) so there you go! The breakfast provided... more

This is probably a 70's era facility that has been upgraded to reasonably current standards. But the bones of the hotel create it's shortcomings. The guestroom bathroom is, as other reviewers say, tiny. It's entirely serviceable, has the de rigueur granite counter top & bath amenities, but I was glad I was a solo traveler with that cramped space. The... more

Recently stayed at the Sheraton on business for 2-nights. We have a customer in Mill Valley and normally stay in the city but took the advice of a local and stayed "across the bridge" north of San Francisco. Was pleasantly surprised. Booked the hotel through Priceline for a great travel rate. Flew into SFO and it took about 2-hours to... more

As you read the reviews you will find that this is a nice Sheraton Four Points. Great beds, HD Flat Panel TV, etc. Even a better deal when you use Will Shatners recommend way to book a hotel room. Will stat here again based on price. Here is my complaint. I have stayed here a few times and have complained... more
