Not sure why anyone would rate this hotel less than 5 stars. Not because it is a 5 star hotel, because it's not, but because it has everything you could ask for in a hotel, is impeccably clean, and has nice amenities and is under $150 a night just outside of San Francisco! I had a really hard time finding... More

I chose this room as I need a place close to the airport for an early morning departure. It was convenient, and only took about 7 minutes to get to SFO. Ok, lets start with the good. The girls at the desk were friendly and they took the time to put out some Halloween candy and some skeletons and decorations.... More

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights while visiting family in San Mateo. Hotel is near San Francisco airport, but is not in walking distance to much of anything I saw, so you need a car, I think. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, but pillows were weird short ones that were too hard (borrowed pillows from relative in area).... More

I highly recommend to everyone traveling to San Fran, to choose this hotel in San Mateo. Tasha (front Desk reception) was so sweet and helpful that she truly helped make our stay a wonderful experience. The room was so clean and our cleaning lady always made sure we were stocked up with goodies. Awesome place. We would definitely stay at... More

This is a very conveniently located hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Can be a little hard to find -- but with a GPS you're ok. We would stay here again if in the area. Hot breakfast items need upgrade. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Our room at an outside ladder going to our balcony - so much for security. Made for a bit stuffy with the windows and drapes closed. Ladder was highlighted with a spotlight which made it easily visible for the teenagers cutting through the parking lot to a loud party next door.

In an area with $200+ options the norm, you feel like you're rolling the dice booking something for less. The Best Western Plus Coyote Point Inn delivers just what it says it will, better than "good" but not "best" accommodations. The room I stayed in was clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. It wasn't posh but had a sofa, coffee maker,... More

While hotel staff is helpful and friendly, hotel management decided to cut down services to the bare bones. The location is difficult to access from the SFO airport, the neighborhood dubious. In the past we enjoyred the hotel with good breakfast, airport shuttle, and sleep and fly option. This is all history.

The motel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area. The full breakfast was very good with lots of options. It is right on the freeway but I never heard the traffic when inside the room. If needed, I would definitely stay at the Best Western Coyote Point again.

Simple and clean hotel. Rates are competitively priced. Near to SFO airport (approx 10min driving). Just beside US101 highway, though i did not hear the noise from the highway (maybe due to the location of my room). Ample parking. I like the complimentary breakfast. They have a waffle making machine and it's really nice to be able to have hot... More
