This was the last leg of our trip to California. We found the hotel staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The only downside was not the fault of the hotel. This hotel stay includes breakfast. One of the other guest burned their toast and caused the fire alarm to ring. It woke everyone up and rang for what seemed... More

Great location and easy access to the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was fair. Could use a bit more variety. Overall, this is our second time here and would come back again.

I stayed here with my Wife for our trip to SF. I didn't know what to expect frankly but I was very happy with my experience here. It's a little further from the airport than I would have liked (but I didn't want to be too close to the airport..) and I wish they had an airport shuttle... Nevertheless, I... More

Excellent place to stay when visiting relatives in Belmont, CA. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and super clean accommodations. Would stay here again. Beds and bath were comfortable and extremely clean. No need to worry about bed bugs.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and has great AAA rates for an area that has many expensive places to stay. The location is not ideal if you want to be walking distance to anything, but it is a short drive to downtown San Mateo and lots of other shopping and dining options. One nice thing is that you are... More

Over this is a solid "VERY GOOD" hotel for the location and price paid. The TV's are new but no HD channels or signal available. The location is just south of the airport and easy to get on and off the freeway. There are also local restaurants near by.

Second visit to this hotel, the rooms are good and reasonable in size, and service was good. Beds are comfortable, pillows were just OK, continental breakfast was OK but not spectacular. We arrived after midnight and it was difficult to read street signs after dark. Missed the first fork in the road, but eventually found the hotel. It's close to... More

You get a pretty good Best Western for the price and the location is also very quiet even that the freeway is not far away. Its just kinda hard to get to the hotel if you come from the north but not to bad either. rooms are clean, people are friendly and helfpful. Breakfast selections is great and also the... More

We return trip after trip to Coyote Point Inn because of the service and the cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds. The hotel is located beside the freeway and it is amazing that you hear nothing of the traffic. It is very quiet. Although we go to Oakland for business we stay at the Coyote Point location. The breakfast... More

After being a rewards member for another hotel chain for several years, I decided to switch things up by also becoming a Best Western Rewards member and my first stay at a Best Western property was at the Coyote Point Inn in San Mateo. I travel to the Bay Area 10-12 times a year for events in San Francisco/Oakland, etc.... More
