Small things make the stay better. Staff was very uncaring and tacit. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Hair drier wasn't working. Pillows were too thick - made it hard for kids to sleep on them. We forgot tooth brushes for the kids. They did not have any in the hotel. The weight machine in the gym needed repairs. Good... More

We saved a lot of money by driving a few miles from the airport to this pleasant Best Western hotel. The rooms were neat and well appointed -- we appreciated the wealth of electrical outlets for our gadgets. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and good quality (though the eggs were a bit pre-fab). Sound-proofing was good so being... More

If you want location, quiet and easy access to wherever you are going on the Peninsula and even to downtown S.F. or San Jose this is a very good choice. It is across from a golf course, isn't it better than a another high rise or busy street?

First, it is inexpensive for a place in a big metro area. $101, for 2 seniors. Good; bed was comfortable, felt safe, extremely quiet...didn't hear freeway traffic that was a stone's throw away. Parking is very tight, hard to maneuver, especially when delivery trucks are parked out front. Since we were on the 3rd floor, at the end; absolutely no... More

Sometimes you need to be in the middle of an area, have quick access on and off the freeway, and recharge overnight for a long day both before and afterwards. Best Western Plus Coyote Point is accessible and with just the right amenities, a bit of comfort where you need it.

Upper end of what I'd expect for a Best Western. Room was comfortable, up to date, and clean. Kudos for doing their best to accommodate our early arrival after an overnight flight (room was ready for us at 11:30am and they let us have breakfast while we waited). Easy access to Highway 101. Only complaint is that the business center... More

Very helpful staff, comfortable well kept place to stay. It is not far from San Francisco and is easy to find. I is very close to the airport which was a big convenience to me as well. The rooms are very clean and very well kept

this hotel met the overall expectation for a Best Western hotel. The room is clean and spacious, but the decor looks old. The breakfast is better than I thought with the freshly made waffle. There was no "Do Not Disturb" tag so I got woken up by the house keeping lady.

Excellent customer service. rooms are very nice and clean. Will be staying here again and again on visits up to Bay Area. Basically what we have here is a top notch hotel at a much more reasonable price.

quiet and clean. Breakfast very basic- wouldn't bother next time. Hard-boiled eggs???Friendly staff. On freeway frontage but room at back of hotel was very quiet. We attended a function in Burlingame and the location was very convenient. Free parking is something I always ;look for when we stay in the bay area.
