37 ft RV is tight in here, and you are RIGHT beside your neighbor, with little room to park you car or motorcycle towed vehicle. It is doable, but you MUST select the correct size site before arriving. Close to the great Avila Beach about 2-3 miles away , where you can go on the pier and watch sealions, or... More

I enjoyed this park very much. The manager and husband were very helpful, and went out of the way to make sure we had a nice time. The Kamping Kabin was very nice. It was clean. There was not any problems with that at all. We were right next to the pool which was very convenient for the kids. I... More

Was not happy with one of the staff if she had a name tag on I would report her to get some people skills. Had problem with site kitchen sink that leak from the top (spray the top off when the staff repaired it) and under it leaked pretty bad. Not 😕.

This is our second time here, our first time was so much better, I read later the other remarks and have to agree. There was a woman that tell at us, which she had the right, but yelling is not good customer service.

We stayed at this KOA for 5 nights as part of a family reunion. In total, our family occupied 10 cabins and 2 RV spaces. We select KOAs for our reunions because of their typically high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety. Every family in our clan had a poor experience with the staff. From unnecessarily frustrating check-ins to inaccurate... More

This is not a family friendly campground! More like a retirement campground. The "gameroom" is a joke. It was dirty and everything was broken. Kids aren't aloud in the hot tub. The manager actually yelled at another camper that was in the hot tub with his children. My kids 9yr and 11yr were told they couldn't play on the playgroud... More

Before I point out the dislikes, let me say that we would return because it is in Avila Beach, so nothing herein was a total deal killer for the future. The worst thing about the experience was the check-in. We RV'd over there (about 3 hours from home) on New Year's Eve with some friends (two rigs, two couples, 6... More

Stayed for one night late October, site was good, pool was great, however when we went to the showers the lighting was terrible, I could only use the disability shower as it was the only one I could see in. Not all that clean, drainage hole was full of hair. Lighting outside showers & laundry very bad, had trouble walking... More

We stayed here in July 2014. A nice stop on our way from Los Angeles to Yosemite. We wanted to stay at a nice and quiet beach place. The nearby beach has good parking options and nice restaurants. The swimming pool was a hit with our girls and very quiet during July. We would come back here. Wifi reception was... More

We stayed here on the 23rd September. This was a great central site to stop at from LA to San francisco. When we turned up the staff were friendly and helpful the office sells wine from the local vineyard at great prices. The park did not have any grass on or near the pitch. The park is very close to...
