After booking online, we arrived after a very long drive to find the office closed!! Other guest keys were left pinned to the door but our group of six there was nothing. Very disappointing! Spoke to staff in the morning who claimed booking did not come in on time as the reception closes early. DONT take a booking if you... More

This clean little hotel has been updated, is further off the freeway, and less expensive than other hotels in this area. Plus it is much more charming than the standard two story chain hotels next door. The best rooms have private patios overlooking the tree lined creek as well as some of SLO's pastoral hills. The breakfast includes toast, homemade... More

We stayed here for one night while drive up the PCH. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's right off the highway, so it's very accessible. The free breakfast was good too. For the price, we thought it was a good value.

The Peach Tree Inn was recommended to us by friends and we are glad we stayed there. The room was a little small and the decor was something out of the 80s, but, it was very clean, and fairly quiet. Staff were friendly and the location was nice. Good wifi, fridge, convenient parking.

This place is well kept up and has the old fashion feel of coziness. The breakfast had healthy choices and was great to enjoy on the deck overlooking the mountains. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions.

Our experience at the Peach Tree was pleasurable from beginning to end. We had Unit 136 on the creek with a fairly large deck with seating for five or six. The furnishings were adequate and the bed was comfortable. Olivia M happily helped me with difficult travel arrangements and all the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good and it's an... More

Now surrounded by bigger, newer motels but still our favorite place to stop! This motel was originally right on the highway but still has super easy access off at Monterey Street on the 101. Bustling historic downtown is near by. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are clean. If you want a larger room (and a private patio), book... More

Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was firm and perfect. Napping with the windows open was wonderful, with the sound of the leaves in the breeze. I like being able to park right in front of the room. The rate was very reasonable. This is definitely my go-to place for future visits to the central coast.

Event high the rooms are smaller, the maids do a great job in cleaning every spot! The breakfast actually had FRESH food and prepared well every morning. Friendly staff and had a complete homey feel. Will stay here again!

We were just looking for a place to crash after a big day of travel and this suited us fine. The rooms are definitely old-style (it is a motel) and the furniture is a bit dated, but you can tell they are trying. There was an unpleasant stale room-freshener odor as we entered, but it seemed to dissipate after a... More
