I stayed at Peach Tree Inn in San Luis Obispo for a night right after Christmas 2014. Peach Tree inn looked nice on the outside. The rooms came with air-conditioners (not needed in winter). My room with Queen bed was spacious, had free WiFi, a strong heater (it was needed as it got to close to freezing at night) and... More

Every time I have visited SLO I stay at the Peach Tree. Yes there are other hotels that are more modern, spacious and much newer. But the friendliness and clean accommodations is nice. The space on the grounds and the gardens are very well kept. Easy location for Cal Poly and downtown. Bus stop right out front. Thanks for another... More

We stopped here for 1 night along our drive from nord to South California. We had no reservation and the girl at the front desk was very nice. We were given a nice king size bed room with breakfast included. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, with tons of peanut butter at my disposal. Yummy!!! The staf is... More

> Peach Tree <Motor> Inn has clean, comfortable, basic rooms at a good value - in the same spirit as the nearby Travelodge and Best Western. Scott and Olivia at the front desk were friendly and helpful > Eat at Louisa's and give yourself a "carb coma" with the Biscuit & Gravy breakfast combo > Shop at Turn to Nature... More

Good solution and good value for money. Rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is ok. Reception billed us twice due to a change in dades of arrival (properly requested via booking.com by us). Good position

Clean and modest is what this inn is all about. The establishment is reminiscent of the 1960's motels on the outside. The inside has two clean comfortable double beds. The bathroom is a good size, the only part I didn't like was the fact that it is a shower only with a shower head that could not be maneuvered in... More

After booking online, we arrived after a very long drive to find the office closed!! Other guest keys were left pinned to the door but our group of six there was nothing. Very disappointing! Spoke to staff in the morning who claimed booking did not come in on time as the reception closes early. DONT take a booking if you... More

This clean little hotel has been updated, is further off the freeway, and less expensive than other hotels in this area. Plus it is much more charming than the standard two story chain hotels next door. The best rooms have private patios overlooking the tree lined creek as well as some of SLO's pastoral hills. The breakfast includes toast, homemade... More

We stayed here for one night while drive up the PCH. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's right off the highway, so it's very accessible. The free breakfast was good too. For the price, we thought it was a good value.

The Peach Tree Inn was recommended to us by friends and we are glad we stayed there. The room was a little small and the decor was something out of the 80s, but, it was very clean, and fairly quiet. Staff were friendly and the location was nice. Good wifi, fridge, convenient parking.
