About 15 min. from the SLO airport, or a few minutes by taxi from the Amtrak Station, and within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops, mission area, and - of course, the Thursday evening Farmer's Market. A very charming B&B, nice room, excellent breakfast, warm treatment from the lovely people working there. Others have detailed the gourmet breakfast &... More

Cute little dog friendly B&B with a touch of Parisian personality! The uniquely decorated rooms were wonderful to see, each with their personalities of style. We loved the fantastic hot breakfast and breakfast spread. The best "free" breakfast on our vacation! We had a choice of a quiche or banana pancakes. Very delicious and the breakfast bar had hard boiled... More

This B&B is amazing! The beds are comfy and the rooms are very cute. Wine hour is excellent and they serve French hors de' oeuvres. For turndown, they bring you homemade chocolate truffles, which are heavenly. Breakfast is gourmet, and they serve hot breakfast to you and also a breakfast bar. This place is excellent. Come and see for yourself!!

Loved our stay at Petit Soleil. We had the suite (room 20), and room (29). The suite (room 20) is large, has a nice nice fireplace that divides the living area with the bedroom area. The bathroom has two sinks. The room is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. Room 29 was facing the street. The double pane windows were awesome,... More

Found this lovely B&B online while searching for more intimate lodgings on our trip from San Diego to Tiburon. We were not disappointed!! From first contact, to checkout, service was amazing. We were warmly welcomed tho we arrived around 10 pm, shown to our cozy French inspired Queen room, and felt at home immediately. Breakfast was delicious, with two hot... More

My wife and I have been staying at this bed-and-breakfast four years now. Their breakfast and treats were so amazing that we bought their cookbook! Spoil yourself and get the suite, it is well worth it. They have bicycles that are free of charge and are conveniently located just down the street from many popular and delicious eateries. It's really... More

Very nice boutique hotel. Great friendly staff with unique rooms. We were in town to visit my daughter and son-in-law and the hotel is conveniently located to downtown. The breakfast is very good quality and the complemintary wine in the evening is a great bonus. Parking can be a little challenging since there is a restaurant located next door, but... More

Our daughter first stayed here, while being married in the area a couple of years ago. She used the suite; stayed the night before with her sister, prepared for her wedding day with her bridesmaids, and stayed her wedding night, and was charmed and delighted so much so that they returned for their first anniversary. I've stayed twice myself now... More

Lovely slice of European-style hospitality in the middle of SLO. Wonderful, comfortable rooms with cushy beds, a great shower & lots of nice extra touches. Wine & appetizers in the evenings are generous & interesting. Breakfast offers a choice of two main dishes (rich, delicious) & a buffet of fruit & pastries. Service was casually excellent & friendly (tho we'd... More

The owners here are very pleasant, and the happy hour and breakfast are good. However, there is no air conditioning in the room, and the parking is not great if you have an expensive car. Also, it's a bit of a walk to downtown.
