We were totally in love with this hotel. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! Definitely book through the hotel. We booked early through their special deals and only paid around $100 for a room. We stayed on the 5th floor on the main buidling and had a corner executive king suite. Sign up for the presidential program bc it's totally free and... more

The hotel was beautiful and everything you could want EXCEPT that things were ridiculously priced. A glass of wine I am accustomed to paying $12 a glass for was $24 and the Martini menu was expensive too. I was surprised on checkout that the parking was $26 a day. It's not like the parking was scarce.....lots of it underground. A... more

My husband and I go to science fiction conventions. Often the hotels are on the lower end of the scale so the Fairmont was a nice change-- really nice, big rooms. The bathroom was wonderful-- separate shower, nice tub. I love baths, not showers, so I am picky about tubs and this one was great-- long enough to stretch out... more

Okay, it's a strange rating. But after paying $26 per day for valet parking (no other kind is offered), I am very annoyed at having to pay $14 per day for internet access. This is 2009, not 1999. It's time to get rid of those internet charges. Even the little cheap motels give free wifi. Other than that, it's a... more

First time staying here, we got a queen bedroom in the main building. The lobby was ok, large and crowded. The bar/seating area is in the center of the lobby and when we arrived, there was a very, very noisy children's birthday party that had taken over the entire space. It would have been nice if the hotel put them... more

nice hotel, lovely and quite impressive lobby. room was a very comfortable, staff all very pleasant. Absolutely perfect for business but not somewhere I'd choose for a vacation as due to it's size it's quite impersonal. more

I found an online deal to get a King room for $99, figuring parking $26 and taxes, the rate is better than the Holiday Inn Express! We stayed as the last night of a weekend anniversary trip, on check in the front desk upgraded us to a King Suite...900 sq.ft.! The living room alone is bigger than the hotel room... more

I was very impressed with this beautiful hotel. I came just for the day with a bridal party and the room was perfect and the service was amazing. After taking the brides dress out of it's bag we were in a panic because we realized how wrinkles it was only hours before she needed to have it on. We called... more

We stayed here as an end to a 2 week driving trip. I wanted my family to have a nice ending to our trip -- with long drives ahead, I wanted us to feel a bit pampered. My husband and I stayed here years ago and enjoyed it very much, so I got 2 deluxe, adjoining rooms and joined their... more

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at the Fairmont for a week while my DD was competing in a skating competition. We got a very good rate on the room. It was a bit irritating that we had to pay for WiFi. I found out later that if we had joined their frequent stay program we could've gotten... more
