We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good, with many options. Perfect location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Parking was about $20/day.

Walls are thin, a tram runs parallel outside, and it's in the San Jose airports flight path. Very loud, uncomfortable night. Oh yeah and the A/C unit sounds like a diesel truck starting up...awh we need some Zzzz's.

The accommodations, service, amenities including the full hot breakfast each morning were excellent. I cannot over-emphasize the total helpfulness of the staff. They were extremely efficient, well trained, and basically took care of our travel needs. We would definitely stay here again. This hotel is not extremely large and for that reason, the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
