The person responsible for the refund, didn't answer the complaint emails I sent, and it has been over a month, and still no money or answer back. Sorry for any inconveniences, all reservation from out of country guests are non-refundable once the payments are made, simply because it's a guaranteed reservation. We'd believed this policy was disclosed long before you've decided to stay with us, we also believed this policy is the industry standard for all hotels in this area. More
