The room looked as if it hadn't been updated since it was built. Furniture was all damaged and engraved with initials or what ever. Carpet was filthy, curtains and shades looked like the originals and had never been cleaned. There was no phone in the room and the parking spots are tight ,which is why I ended up with a big... More

We stayed here as part of a Park, Sleep, & Fly deal. The price was great considering the cost of parking at the San Jose airport for a week would have been more money than what we paid to stay at the Caravelle Inn and leave our car there while away. The floors in the main room had been redone... More

I stayed at this hotel by accident due to friend who is an elderly woman booking a room there while we were booked at another hotel. We did not want her to stay alone, so we cancelled our other booking and stayed there so we were there with her. While I would stay the staff that we associated with were... More

Me and my friends( 4 total) booked this hotel for Fanime and it was a terrible mistake. Our room had a two (Gross) Queen sized beds, a bathroom with an annoying loud fan that came on every time you turned on the light, a mini fridge and coffee maker (that was nice) and a tv with basic cable (eh didnt... Thought we were going to have a nice trip. BUT HOTEL SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. hotel had to CHECK and see if they had clean towels, they asked us if we wanted room service and it never came. I also accidentally left a swimsuit in the room and when I called them the next day they Said our room was trashed... More

There is no way for me to add onto my older review, so I am writing a new one. We again tried, wrongly, this hotel. It's worse than last year, which wasn't great. Additionally our car ended up getting very scratched. Bottom line is it's much better to spring an extra $100 and stay elsewhere, with a better place for... More

This was the most gross experience of a hotel stay in my life.. I don't even know where to start.. so we'll just leave it at that. Wait for this place to go up in flames if there is any more extension cords in the rooms trying to power the coffee maker.. and blowing the fuse in the building. We... More

We booked in advance and gave a credit card to hold our reservation. When we arrived at 7:00pm we were told that our room was canceled because they had tried to run our card through at 6pm that night and it was declined each time (impossible, and they could not prove they had even tried). So, after talking to the... More

Me & my husband reached this hotel around 6.30pm. The staff really rude & unfriendly. The room was dark with very old furniture, hard bed and a box tv (instead of flat screen shown on Hotels.com website). Besides this, we saw couple of weird people hanging around who didn't seem to be the guests staying there. When I mentioned this... More
