Manager was VERY RUDE!!! I checked in and went to see my room, it was disgusting. Very dirty and there were bugs all over the bathroom. I checked out right away and demanded a refund. But the Manager was very rude and a racist person. He did not give me a refund. more
Very bad experience. Poor reservation management by hotel's website. You reserve, they later call you saying that they don't have what you booked online. They cancelled that and reserved what they said is 15 miles near. Which turned out to be 29.9 miles away.
