The Holiday Inn is very close to the airport and centrally located to light rail and highways. The lobby is clean and well cared for. However, the "renovated" rooms which have a too-large-for-room king size bed also have tiny bathrooms and minuscule coffee makers. At 6'0" I don't feel like a giant too often. The balconies on this room open... more

A pleasant sprawling grounds with trees, shade and pool. Conference rooms were also in a compound format which was nice to get outside after each session. Having light rail close was nice, but the hotel property was unfriendly for waling through to get to the LRT with no sidewalks. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST was a real turn off, no nearby restaurants... more

I had the pleasure to spend four nights at this hotel, in two different rooms. While I understand some of the concerns expressed in some of the negative ads, I myself had a very nice stay and would definitely return to this hotel. The first night I stayed I was given a room in "Building 2", and I think that... more

was able to book this hotel for a good price online. $39 through priceline for one stay and $59 through hotwire. The rooms are small but clean though the tvs are in an odd place in the room so if you want to kick back and watch a few movies it might be tough. The gardens are beautiful and the... more

The smell in the room took my breath away when I went in so I requested a different room. The new room was only a little better. Was booked to stay 5 nights but left after 1. The $20 breakfast was the last straw. Coffee and orange juice were itemized separately. Convenient for the airport and not much else. more

Yes you read the title correctly its: "goodbye priceline.com" instead of "good buy priceline.com". Booked this room last minute through priceline as a 3 star hotel. No way this hotel is a 3 star hotel! This place only dreams of being a 3 star hotel! In other major cities a 3 star rating on priceline would net a Courtyard or... more

The nicest thing about this hotel is its location... right smack in front of the hotel is the on ramp for Hwy 101 south and north. Easy-schmeezy. AND it's only 5 minutes from the airport! WOW The staff was fast and efficient about getting us to and from the hotel. You can rent a car right there in the lobby,... more

Got it from priceline for $50/n for 4 nights. Didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised at checkin. Friendly staff and clean large rooms, comfy king bed, with very fast WIFI for free. We wanted to extend our stay for another 6 nights but priceline couldn't and HI was going to charge us 160/n for the extension. Pity, would have... more

I booked the hotel through Priceline, got it for $50. I got this as a 3 star hotel but in no way does this hotel classify as one! The rooms were outdated, small bathrooms, tv in a strange place and housekeeping lacking. They don't have a very good system to come back in case you're sleeping till 10am, they just... more

Have booked this hotel twice through Priceline and for the price I paid ($45/night), it was a good deal with the expected service from a 3-star hotel. Nothing spectacular, but I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, decent place to stay in San Jose. more
