The hotel used to be the Hotel Montgomery, and is now the Four Points By Sheraton. The room price at the time I stayed was around $280, however we got a promotional discount and stayed for only $89. It is difficult to drive to this hotel even with phoning them for explicit directions. There is no apparent entrance facing the street and the driveway entrance is completely blocked by cars with no visible attendant. I stayed here when it was the Hotel Montgomery and preferred it, although some things have not changed. Such as the less-than- helpful staff. They could not answer a basic question regarding public transportation....which runs right in front of the hotel. i chose to stay here rather than one of the mega-hotels at the convention center, which is just around the corner. This was much smaller, without the crowds in the lobby. This hotel turned out to be quite unfortunate in many ways, and I regret selecting this place for my recent stay in the valley. I stayed here for 7 nights recently on a business trip. The hotel is located in the center of downtown close to great restaurants and bars.
