Excellent Business Hotel, get pampared. more

We live in San Jose and thought we'd spend a couple of nights at the Valencia and shop. The location is wonderful, lots to do and great restaurants. However, I was not impressed with the hotel and rooms. The staff is very friendly, room service food was good, bell and valet service fairly good. The hallways are freezing.. very dark..... more

We agree with the previous reviews of the Hotel Valencia. We stayed for a Thanksgiving getaway. We were one of few folks in the hotel our first night. The amenities are really nice. The hotel is small enough to get anywhere (restaurant, pool, front desk) quickly. Our daughter loved all the nooks and crannies to explore. The candlelight is quaint.... more

We have stayed at Valencia a few times before this last visit with a few minor problems. This last visit was for a Special Anniversary and made them aware of it. I sit in this very stylish property with nice rooms as I write this review.
