Beautiful place. Just looking at it makes you feel good. Me and my husband stayed there for a night. The price was not the lowest but the hotel is really great. Super clean, lot of things to do. We used the jacuzzi outside and it was great. We brought our own wine and enjoyed it while relaxing in a hot... More

Overall, this place understands service (with exception). The staff accommodated several pain in the backside requests with a smile and accommodated perfectly! However, there was a downside as well. Prior to midnight, the bartender called last call while two business groups and another couple were present. No big deal with the exception of after serving everyone, he kicked everyone out... More

Front desk service specialists exceeded my expectations. Not only were they welcoming and helpful, when I encountered booking problems with an online travel site, they quickly provided insight and a timely solution to the problem, making the rest of my stay even more delightful. In addition, the staff welcomed guest comments and seemed genuinely pleased to provide excellent service- a... More

We stayed here in October 2011 on our haunted SF tour of the night tour of Alcatraz, the flashlight tour of the Winchester Mystery house and the Pirates Of Emerson. All of our experiences on this trip were fantastic and we would do them again. The Dolce Mansion was the best of all however. I will find reasons to stay... More

My wife and I stayed at the Hayes Mansion last month. Booking online through the Dolce website was a breeze and got a better rate than the ones advertised on other sites which was unusual. The drive to reach the hotel from the 85 fwy took us through a residential area. We just followed the multiple Historical Landmark signs for... More

We stayed one night here last September on a late summer deal which included breakfast with cooked to order eggs! the mansion really is magnificent with lovely, well kept grounds and some fascinating rooms of historic interest. Our room was huge and we found the location of the hotel ideal - a short drive from the Capitola Mall and close... More

My husband and I were in San Jose for the SAP Open. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful. Yet we had hoped it would be an easy drive into San Jose for our entertainment. It didn't turn out that way. Traffic on the freeways made it not so easy. At check in, the clerk said he would give me... More

My family and I stayed here for about 3 days and enjoyed every second of our stay. This place looks just as great in the pictures as it is in person. Our check in process from Adam was extremely fast and thorough. The bellmen who assisted me to my room, William, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the resort. There... More

Husband and I stayed here while attending a skating event at HP Pavillion in town. It was perfect--great breakfast (omelette chef) good dinner (NY steak) and truly peaceful and comfy. Liked parking car a few feet from the room for free, sitting in sun using free Internet, wandering adjacent park (kids play equipment good, tennis courts unused, sand volley ball... More

Fabulous mansion that is open to visitors. Take the self-guided tour. Accomodations are excellent also. They have a conference center which is the main business.
