We were in town for a concert and needed a comfortable place to stay. We were surprised by this hotel. The hotel is located just down the street from the SAP center which is a great location if going to a Sharks game or any other event there. The concert we were going to was at the Civic Center which... More

The 'undocumented pharmaceutical salesmen' we saw on the way in were quite a turn-off. We are in a non-smoking room, but often smell others nearby smoking other than tobacco products. The electrical outlets in the room sometimes work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works when it wants to. The fact that the place is severely outdated doesn't even rank... More

We chose this hotel because our train arrived at 8 p.m. and was a 3 block walk from station to hotel. We had just our carry on luggage and it was ok walk to hotel. Nice neighborhood. The next morning we had Enterprise car rental meet us at hotel to get our rental car. Worked fine. Breakfast was ok- had... More

This place could be a great hotel. But it simply is not. Far from it. 15 years ago when it was last remodeled (my estimate), it probably was quite nice. And it's nothing that a million dollar renovation and some new management could not fix. Let's just say the property has "good bones". From the street, it looks appealing. Except... More

We stayed here only because of how close it was to the SAP Center. It really was only a 5 minute walk. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful on check in and check out. The hotel is old and dated (in an unintentional charming way) but clean enough. If you know what to expect from a 2.5 star hotel... More

The furniture is old. They don't deserve a 3 star rating. The manager Hong is unsympathetic to the hotel guests. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I am also going to write a letter to their corporate office explain in detail why I will not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Hotel is in a good location, just west of the SAP in San Jose. My room was looking tired, carpet is old. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub, big enough for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly not a destination hotel, but if you need a secure and clean place to stay this will do.

Very close to SAP center and perfect for an overnight stay. When I get a hotel room I don't spend a lot of time in it so I don't mind that the rooms were dated. They were clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Staff was friendly and parking is free. The whole experience was very comfortable/convenient and... More

Perfect stay when wanting to walk to the SAP Arena for an event. Can avoid high cost in parking. Check in was expedient and I appreciated the flexibility in leaving my car in their lot for the day, even after check out. Although the rooms could use updating everything was clean. The complimentary warm breakfast was very good with a... More

I've stayed here on a few occasions and it is one of a few hotels owned by a small local chain that offers a two person jacuzzi tub. The price is fair and the rooms are nice and clean. Its a great place to go if you want to have a place to just relax and not have to pay... More
