We had reservations about this as it was very cheap and was right next to the freeway but we loved it ! Hotel was good and clean and we had a sea view room which faced away from the freeway so we heard no noise at all. My bf and I are currently staying in this hotel, and we just love it. Great location, downtown/shops just a couple of minutes walk away, great restaurants nearby. The staff is really nice. Hi, I really enjoyed this place. Lot of value for the money you pay. Great location, nice rooms (we had a Jacuzzi Suite) and very friendly staff around the clock. I would recommend it any time again!!! more

I stay at hotels approximately 70 nights/year. This Holiday Inn is the worst of any. A dead rat in the hallway. Rooms that are very noisy...the hotel is right on top of Highway 5. I would encourage anyone to look at the Dana Point Marina Inn. Bill more
