This hotel was a terrible disappointment. The staff and supposed owners were extremely rude and unaccommodating. The online pictures of the hotel makes it seem MUCH better than it actually is. As far as the actual rooms are concerned, the sink was dirty and our tissue box was out of tissues when we arrived! We had planned a longer stay... more

The rooms were fine, but I had expected them to be a little nicer as my aunt said they were nice. We had stayed at the Days Inn in Ukiah the night before and were quite impressed at how cute that was for the price. The one in San Carlos was fine, just not as nice.
