“Overpriced...even for expensive area”

I travel a lot and have stayed in several Extended Stay Hotels. This one is 'typical' if not a little sub par. Location 'ok'. “horrible dont waist your time”

The customer service and manager are horible, water was leaking from are ceiling and they could not switch us rooms and they still charged us full price for the room. I would never stay there again, all friday night there was a staff member fighting with someone and the cops had to show up to take care of it

I've stayed at this hotel roughly once a month for the last decade. Positives: the staff. They are knowledgeable, competent, and personable: very nice people. Rooms are clean. “Clean, comfortable rooms”

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch when running out the door in the mornings. Staff was friendly and accommodating which is a plus. Definitely a place I will recommend.
