Stayed here for one night because I thought it would be fun and just wanted to try it out. The outside of all the "rooms" were very well kept as were the grounds. The inside was roomy with a queen bed, a full size couch in the sitting area, a flat screen TV and a mini fridge. The bathroom was... More

My husband and I stayed at the Wigwam Motel for a night on a NV-CA roadtrip and loved it. Since it was Thanksgiving week, we nearly had the entire property to ourselves, and the hosts upgraded us to a deluxe version (I'm not sure what the difference is, but I liked the sound of it). The rooms are nothing fancy,... More

We stayed at this pet friendly hotel with our two Yorkies. First of all the Wigwams (which technically are the style of a tepee, not a Wigwam) are cute both inside and out. They are kept up (the exteriors were in process of receiving fresh paint) and very clean. Our room had a queen bed, couch, coffee table, fridge, TV... More

We had read about both Wigwam Motels on Route 66 and we were excited about the one in San Bernardino. When we made it to that area while traveling Route 66, we stopped and were more impressed with it than we had been when just looking at photos! We met Kumar, who I had heard was a super nice guy-and... More

We just saw the Wigwam Motel featured on Huell Howser's California travel show. He was able to tour the grounds and see the inside of one of the rooms and it looked very inviting and cozy. We needed a place to stay and were so happy to find the Wigwam Motel nearby and welcomes pets. Wigwam rooms looked so whimsical... More

This was the last of the Wigwam Villages to be built so has always been a little classier than the others and the big revamp about ten years ago made it more so. None of the furnishing are original which means there is less history to be enjoyed/tolerated. Some historic motels require considerable backing off from modern expectations but that's... More

We loved this place. The wigwam was so cool inside. The price is fair and it was very clean. We met Kumar and he was great! He took time out and sat with us at the pool. Great conversation. We will be back next year to see you. Missed seeing you when we left, you were out. Next year I... More

We rode our bicycles all along Route 66 this year and these are a definitely must stay for any Route 66 travelers. The Patel family accomodated us on a very busy Halloween night and I appreciate them following up and getting us a room after being booked. We were so excited to stay here and it was GREAT. They are... More

We've traveled some of the infamous Route 66 and this is probably one of if not the best classic Route 66 motels. The whole place is well preserved and well maintained. The teepees are actually concrete and in amazing shape. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small and looked as if an angry person had ripped... More
