Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted in a welcoming manner and attending too with the utmost professionalism. Parking was abundant the amenties were many. Stayed at this Holiday Inn for its convenience to the Orange Racetack. Immediately I was disappointed by the area it is located in and the front staff was less than helpful. This hotel is in a very bad rundown area near downtown San Bernardino. There are zero restaurant and shopping options in the area. In addition, there are about 80 rooms and about 30 parking spots, so be prepared to leave your car unattended somewhere in a dark side street while you're staying here.
