This quaint Bed and Breakfast features a home made breakfast baked by Patty the Inn keeper. Her breakfast muffins, Kish, fresh fruit were just the right things to start our day. In the afternoon, Patty bakes cookies that were delicious. The room was small, but with high ceilings giving it a spacious feeling, the bed was comfortable and the bed... More

Stayed two nights at San anselmo inn, very friendly staff and a cute but dated decor house. Beds and shower was alright, free parking and breakfast for the carb-lovers. Walking distance to the small very lovable town of San anselmo - where the Yoda statue can be found :)

This historic inn is located in the center of San Anselmo a good gateway to San Francisco. The rooms are clean and confortable. The breakfast is continental with home made muffins and different types of cakes. The service was amazing. We had a "suite" room with our bath but I know that there are some rooms with share bath, so... More

Very quaint hotel that has that old school feel. The private room w bathroom is small but accommodating to mainly adults. I like the "boarding house" vibe with some of the rooms semi private sharing a bath and toilet. Seemed like it could've been an old boarding house at one time. Great location close to cool stuff in Marin Co.... More

This historic inn is friendly and clean. The rooms are comfortable and quaint. The breakfast is delicious with generous portions. Great value especially given the convenient location to San Francisco.

First things first, the staff at this tiny Inn could not be better. They were so helpful, so friendly, so charming. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of town. That said, I would have rated this hotel Terrible/Poor if the staff hadn't been so amazing. The hotel itself is reminiscent of a half-way house. The TVs didn't work,... More

The positive. Location. Can walk to lots of good restaurants and breweries. Now the negative,,,,if you went to Europe in the 70s or 80s remember the pensiones with the bathroom down the hall and the barely adequate room? Well this is what this place is like. The staff is somewhat indifferent and doesn't take much interest in the guests. Ok... More

This is a small hotel with a lot of character. It feels like home. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is great! Especially the fresh quiche! If you're looking for a hotel with all the services of a 'normal' hotel (like room service or a 24h reception), then this is not the one. But if you want a... More

The Inn is located near several restaurants and other amenities. Condition and size of the room was ok for a B&B. Bed was not very comfortable but not so bad as to deter another trip. Breakfast was great and the staff was upbeat and pleasant. Was on business and the Inn was the closest I could find to San Rafael... More

It's a cute place, with decently comfortable beds, however i think it could use some 'face lift' sorta speak. Some rooms had a bit of an 'old smell', but rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok, warm food, nice coffee - thank you very much! My main issue is the service - most of the stuff were VERY... More
