AAA mistakenly booked me here, where they have a 48h advance notice requirement for cancellation. AAA tried to get the manager to cancel, but rather than answering they simply kept avoiding their calls. Sneaky! The outdoor pool is tiny compared to other "plus" locations.

Owners kind of "harried" but, the balance of the staff was very good. Rooms clean with a good bed. Breakfast was good and plentiful. $8.00 cab ride from train station. Near Steinbeck museum. "fine" dining not near hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The front desk gal was great. Even though check out was 11:00 a.m. she let us come back to the room late to change. Check in went well. Nice restraunt nearby. Overall, a good stay.
