I stayed here because my reservation was lost at a hotel in Carmel, I am alost glad it was, since I saved a lot of money and still had a comfortable rest at the Vagabond Inn. I give it two thumbs up! more

Hotel was nice. Easy check-in, located right next to the freeway, with no noise. Very near fast food restaurants and a few gas stations, seemed a prime location. Beware the Vagabond Inn in Salinas, CA. ! We chose this inn as a central point between the Monterey Peninsula and the Gilroy Garlic Festival.
