My wife and I stayed at the Ink House during the 4th of July. What made it special is watching fireworks from the observation deck with a glass Red(cabernet), White(sav. blanc), while eating Blue(corn chips). It was a moment we won't soon forget. We really loved the In House!!! We stayed in the French room also known as the room Elvis stayed in. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The vinyard views are amazing...the property is well kept has a beautiful fountian in the front great for taking pictures! The observatory is a great place to get a 360 degree view. We stayed for three nights in July. The house is charming with great decor and history. The owner is a wealth of entertaining stories about the home, its owners and the area. The breakfast was OK, but three days of egg souffles wore a bit. A pile of pancakes or french toast would have been a nice change of pace.... more

This B&B has good potential (charming layout, good location in Napa Valley), but it needs a little work on cleanliness and an updating on the plumbing.
