I absolutely loved the Fairfield Inn Sacramento Cal Expo! The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Being at the hotel for state competitions for National History Day, there were many kids at the hotel, but the staff embraced the kids and their families. The complimentary breakfast was a plus for our busy, long days of competing. The pool and... More

Erika at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful after I found out there was an issue with my reservation. She explained what happened, how to fix it, and made check-in a breeze while keeping me laughing (glad you made it back from Mexico in one piece)! Cory at the bar was walking around taking drink orders AND single... More

I liked it because it was clean, with helpful staff, good breakfast, good water pressure, easy access to freeway, and is close to lots of things. I don't give it a perfect score though because bed was a little hard.

We found a good rate on this hotel and it offered friendly check-in, pleasant, clean and comfortable public areas and room. Breakfast had enough hot and cold choices and was kept well stocked. The only reason there isn't a higher rating is the already mentioned train. I am a light sleeper and the night was punctuated by those horns!!

Stayed here twice. With business taking me to points north I normally stay at one of the Marriot or Hilton properties in the Natomas area but they are sometimes sold out or our corporate rate is sold out. The hotel itself is a newer design Fairfield and therefore somewhat scaled down compared to a Courtyard or HGIO but resonable similar... More

The hotel seems rather new. It is part of a cluster that includes a Courtyard and Town Place Suites. This good because the Courtyard has a grill for drinks and dinner that is just a walk across the parking lot. There is free breakfast and wifi as with most Fairfields Inn. There is a lot close parking. There is train... More

I was in Sacramento for business for 3 days. The hotel is well situated. It is simple to get to everything from here. The hotel is clean. The rooms are modern and well kept. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. There is a flat screen TV and a coffee maker. There is WiFi in the room, but the connection... More

Centrally located, rooms clean, breakfast was very decent. They provide ear plugs for their guest in each room. I think it maybe for the sounds are made from the Trains that bellow their horns frequently nearby. If you don't mind that, then it would be just fine to stay.

Very clean rooms, extra comfortable beds, a quiet area of town with lots of parking. Easy access to the the freeway or the Arden Mall area or Cal Expo. Would definitely stay there again. They had a nice breakfast, too.

I dont usually stay this far out of town but I had a wonderful experiance and my one woory was the car I was towing and they gave me a room where I could see the car. Had the family with me and being able to dine and get on the road was great.
