Very disappointing check -in experience, my wife was interrogated as if she stole the credit card or someone's identity because the credit card that was paid for was under my name. She was humiliated at check-in ,the person that checked her in had absolutely no knowledge whatsoever that the room and tax was paid for and he only needed to... More

Our last visit 2.5 weeks ago was so excellent that we came back to see if we would enjoy this stay as much as we did the last. Our Sacramento stay over the last several years is usually at a "sometimes two-story" but more often a one-story town house suite. It features small complimentary evening meals and an assortment of... More

Just checked out of the Fairfield this afternoon and wanted to share our excellent experience. What made this 4-night visit extra special was our housekeeping staff, A. Valerio. If I left her a note, she would respond in kind and each day upon our return it would be sparkling clean with her written reply. What liked best about this interaction... More

was here for a softball tournament, chose this location because it was close to the tournament. Room was super clean, bed were comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. I could hear the train whistle, but didn't affect my stay. I used the fitness center, which was small but immaculate with quality equipment. All the staff I talked to... More

The hotel is newly renovated and in very good condition. Our two bed room was really big and very clean. Breakfast was good. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a Marriott cluster (Fairfield, Courtyard Residence Inn) all virtually next to each other. The room was very large but the bathroom dated and oddly shaped. For example if you need to get at the toilet paper it is basically behind you when using the toilet. Also the shower curtain barely fits the the over tub opening.... More

Dear Roy, Thank you for your feedback. We wish we had more control over the train whistles, however whenever they come to a public crossing they are required by law to make their presence known. The rooms on the southeast side of our building hear the least amount of noise. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, and we are... More

Great service. Trains are still there but the rooms are good sized and place is very clean. Even with teh trains still got a good nights sleep. Breakfast is kept well stocked. Easy freeway access and a costco just 2 blocks aways for gas.

Hotel nicely decorated. Room clean and updated. They do give ear plugs. I just have difficulty sleeping with them. The ear plugs are definitely needed. Trains are very loud. Got a partial breakfast as I had to leave at 6:00 am. They were just starting to get breakfast ready, so I was able to have some yogurt.

The staff at the hotel, reception desk, breakfast help, and cleaning people were all very friendly. The small pool and hot tub were adequate but there is very little sun in the late fall afternoon. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and hot! The room and public areas were clean. We thought the room was very noisy....road, train and hallway...we... More

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Was impressed by pleasing interior design, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. Room was very nice and in excellent condition. One of the quietest hotels we've stayed at, although yes, there is a train track nearby (not visible) and you do hear the horn from time to time. It was not a big... More
