I stayed here in early February while attending a volleyball competition at the Sacramento Convention Center. It is a good location right off the freeway and only a short walking distance to Old Town Sacramento and the K street mall. It is what it is....Inexpensive but very close to Old Sacramento...walking distance. The rooms are outdated, but there is a pool and hot tub. Plus Denny's is right next door, which is great for late night (after 2 am) eating. Close to the freeway and the airport is about 10 miles away. Great pit stop. More
