We had a family reunion in Sacramento, so wanted a hotel that was reasonable, with rooms for families with small children, and convenient to our location. This is a good find. Check-in was friendly and fast, and we found the room to be immaculate and inviting. Our room was called the Penthouse suite w/loft, which really was a room on... More

Over the past 16 years I stayed at this hotel numerous times. I actually got fed up with it in 2003. At that time the pool was filthy, the front desk surley and uncooperative, and the bed uncomfortable. I switched to another Residence Inn and stayed there for the next three years. Then there was a four year hiatus. This... More

I had to stay here for 4 days for some work training and did not really care for the place. My first room had a serious air conditioning problem, it didn't work but the maintenance guy kept telling me it was a little slow and to be patient. After 5 hours he agreed it didn't work so I had to... More

The hotel staff was great and the rooms were partially updated. The appliances were extremely old and the bathrooms were a little creepy. My family stayed in a penthouse sweet that offered lots of room if you're traveling with a large family. Not my first choice of hotel but it wasn't bad. More

I could have had a better experience, even with the best bed I've ever slept in. It was the quality of the bed that I give an extra circle/dot ("very good") to my overall rating. My first night turned out to be literally freezing outside. I had been running the room heater for most of the night, but it would... More

They also provide you free breakfast and dinner with drink. good swimming pool and health club are also great. Another important thing for business travellers is free briadband internet and wifi. The place was fine. I don't personally like dragging my luggage up a flight of stairs, but that is probably fine for the longer term resident that this type of place usually attracks. The noise my fridge made - was LOUD and woke me up a couple of times at night. There is a full fridge, stove, sink etc. I... More

This hotel is comfortable and convenient to Sacramento, and walkable to nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the $17/day parking. More

This hotel is in an area of town where there aren't a lot of lodging options, and although it's squeezed into a minimall/chain restaurant area, it's decently located. But boy, are the rooms worn out. From the appearances of the appliances in the little kitchen, the hotel dates back to the 80's, and I don't think it's been redone since.... More
