This is Located in a business park it is well landscaped and well kept. Amenities at the hotel are good and local merchants and restaurants are a shot drive away. the lobby is very nice and the rooms are very clean.

Everything was excellent. The server in the lobby restaurant was especially nice to us. The room and bed were clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. The only reason that I might not go back was because it was more expensive than I usually spend for just one night while traveling through on a road trip.

I was traveling for business and my room was next to the pool. Multiple kids were screaming and having fun. Unfortunately this was not condusive to getting work done. The hotel was very nice over all and clean. The bed was really too firm for my liking. The pillows very uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off at 2am causing the hotel guests to evacuate. The staff was not very helpful during that event. The hotel was nice overall but the stay was not.

The property was clean and was in a good area. The shuttle came as soon as we called form the airport. My Associate an I arrived at the airport right before the restaurant was going to close and the staff waited held the staff for us. They were also extremely polite and kind.

Worst park and fly hotel in Sacramento. Get ready to pay $40 bucks in cab fees to get the airport, and another $40 to get back to the hotel. Customer service is not willing to budge at all. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the grounds were peaceful and lush and clean, and it met our every need. The only glitch we had was when our a/c unit stopped working, but they sent someone up to fix it in no time. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed here on my first trip to Sacramento for meetings with new customer. Hotel is situated for very easy access to highways and close to tons of good food. Do not stay on the bottom floor or in any room that has double beds. The beds (tried both) felt like I was sleeping on plywood....reinforced with 2x4's, sitting on cement pillars.
