Place itself is pretty good for a cheap motel but the neighbourhood meant that we had to dial 911 at 4 in the morning for the police to sort out and arrest youths who were banging on doors and threatening the guests saying they had guns . We were so frightened as we'd never had this kind of experience in... More

I have lived in Sacramento for close to twenty years. I'm currently in between apartments as I'm awaiting the construction of the newer part of Sacramento called Township 9. I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn on Thursday, April 23, 2015. I must say I honestly felt like I was treated like a prince. Hospitality, cleanliness, and value. Check, check,... More

It was an okay establishment. No jacuzzi. Very few items supplied in room. Rooms were clean. Cheap is the main positive but that's about it. However, "breakfast" was very disappointing. Technically, I wouldn't even call it such. Muffins, danish, an apple and banana is what it was. They shouldn't have advertised it as breakfast. Staff was friendly though.

This "2 star" is more like a 3.5. Very clean. Everything feels new. Soaps and toiletries smell much better than normal 2 star bleach blocks. Nice TVs, mini fridge and microwave included. The normal continental breakfast included great quality apples, bananas and coffee. There were 3-4 pastry varieties, but not the melty ones all sharing a tray: they were individually... More

When we got there on saturday nite, they only had 3 non smoking rooms left and 5 of the reservations had to be put into smoking rooms. 2 of our group changes rooms with others in our group so the ones with serere... It's close to the freeway, restaurants, etc. It is located in a sketchy area, but the front office does its best to keep noise level down, etc. The rooms are small, but comfortable and some of the showers just got upgraded, so they're larger than before. We stay here often because of its price and will still there again soon.... More

I travel from UK to Elk Grove a lot and have stayed here twice - both times for 4 nights. I have read the reviews on here and don't get it - I've only ever stayed in room 112 and it is the cleanest, comfiest room and I've never been bitten by any big - and I'm usually the first... More

You get what you pay for. Clean yes, convenient yes, but pretty humble. The towels were the worst ever, thin and useless. Otherwise a fine, cheap, establishment.

This hotel was right off Hwy 99,but was very quiet. The price was the same as the Motel 6 next door, but included a small continental breakfast. This included fruit and packaged pastries. I would stay there again if I was in the area
