I stayed at Rancho Caymus for a business trip the first week of November. From the moment I called the hotel until the moment I checked out, the service was fantastic - especially Nydia. They accommodated all our requests (and there were many) with a smile and "no problem" attitude. The room was spacious and charming, especially the fireplace. In fact, the space was on par with the space one would expect in a suite. The decor fit the look and feel of the inn but might have been a bit tired. The bathroom toilet was a 70's green and flushed for days. While my co-workers felt the bathroom tile was awful, I thought the tiles were nice. I can't imagine how much hand crafted mexican inspired tiles would cost these days?? All rooms open up to a nice courtyard area but it was a bit cold to enjoy when I was there. There was a balcony off my room that was nice but the view was of the business next door. There is a breakfast each morning - nothing fancy, just the basics... more
