Rancho Caymus was a perfect spot for us! Located in the middle of the valley, we were close enough to explore some amazing vineyards and come back to relax at Rancho Caymus. There are two great restaurants within walking distance and we loved sitting on our balcony later in the evening to enjoy our wine. Service was great. We wanted... More

This is an absolute wonderful place to stay while doing some wine tasting in Napa. This very small hotel is located just minutes from hundreds of wineries including the very popular Castello di Amorosa and Sterling Vineyards. Not to mention it is in the middle of some magnificent restaurants. We had the pleasure of dining at Alex Italian Restaurant, which... More

We went up to Napa to see Colbie Caillat a Robert Mondavi (Fantastic!) It was difficult finding rooms because of the time of year. We chose Rancho Caymus because of the very close proximity to Mondavi and restaurants. The hotel is really cute, very charming. Spanish style, cute courtyard, however there was standing water in the courtyard the whole weekend.... More

A beautiful, relaxing stay here at the Rancho Caymus. Lovely large rooms, with separate sitting area with your own wood burning stove. All rooms open out on to a delightful, secluded courtyard with seating and water features. Room & bathroom immaculately clean, and everything you could want/need provided. A good continental breakfast provided, with fresh baked goods, yoghurts, fruit, cereals... More

We stayed at this property the first week of July. The property was in an excellent location as it was close to several wonderful restaurants and wineries. The staff was cheerful and friendly, the continental breakfast had delicous baked goods, and the garden and courtyard surrounding hotel were very pretty. The property wasn't expensive by area standards but was expensive... More

Matt and the staff at Rancho Caymus made our stay better than we could have imagined! If you are looking for a big modern resort type thing, this is not the place. If you are looking for serenity, charm, comfort, and sincere hospitality this is your place! We loved our room so much, it was a pleasure to return to... More

The hotel is clean and had a cute outdoor courtyard area. Service was fine and within walking distance to a great bar. Continental breakfast is limited but is free with stay. Rooms are comfortable but I felt that the room was a little dark and the bathroom was small. Room had a Southwestern decor which needed to be updated. I... More

Thank you Eileen, We're looking forward to some wonderful room improvements very soon to modernize our style yet keep the same feel as the original owner had in mind. And I agree we do fall more into a B&B style than hotel being smaller and not resort styled. Please let me know if there is anything you will need during... More

I cannot say enough great things about my stay. The room was lovely, the staff friendly and the service was above and beyond! The location is perfect. I love the fireplace, balcony and living area; nothing close to a hotel chain. Continental breakfast is a nice touch, as well. Not only have i recommended this property to friends but, I... More

I stayed at Rancho Caymus while riding in the Bottega Gran Fondo bike ride in April 2014. It's extremely hard to find hotels that take a 1-night weekend reservation, but I found one available through Expedia, and it was exceptionally reasonably priced. Rancho Caymus is in a unique location, tucked behind the very popular Rutherford Grill. There is very little... More

When I made my reservations for this hotel I was so impressed by the service I received from Nadea. She was so incredibly kind and gave us world class service. She called me back several times to finalize details and always followed up by email. She is truly this hotels greatest asset. We loved this hotel because of its charm... More
