Due to the recent tanker fire in Lincoln, we needed a place for 2 of our clients to stay after they were evacuated from their homes. From the very first phone call, to our check out, the level of customer service remained excellent. We were all treated like valued guests and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you... We have owned a 4 diamond property and have travelled throughout Europe and the US. We are no strangers to good properties and value, and the Roseville Residence Inn is very good. Staff is uniformly helpful and smiling. Suites were spacious and clean. Although located on busy streets, fairly quiet. Free internet, breakfast and dinners were nice touches. Will definitely... Our house flooded on March 2nd, 2011 and it left our house unlivable. So the insurance company arranged for our room and board at this hotel. When I arrived here I was so overwhelmed and excited by the way the building looked and the things they had to offer. We had officially moved in here on Saturday May , 5th... More

We stayed two nights over Memorial Day weekend. The rooms were good-sized, though the bathroom sink area is a little crowded. Bedding was comfortable. Air worked well, TV was fine, and noise was low (except for those morons who let their doors SLAM over and over as they and their spawn go back and forth to wherever at some ridiculous... More

I was a little worried after looking over the reviews, but decided to stay here because of the full kitchen. It was GREAT, the kitchen allowed me to cook dinner for the 4 boys that I had in tow for the soccer tournament. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and had plenty of room and three tv's. The staff... Recently stayed with husband and two year old daughter. The room was a bit small but very clean. My daughter loved the pool just be carefull the floor in pool room is very slick. The breakfast each morning was perfect. There was something for everyone and the breakfast hostess was fantastic. You can tell she truly loves her job. Great... More

I checked in for two weeks stay as I am working locally. The 1 bedroom is $$$. It was supposed to be a long term or short term home like facility. However, their amenities are not 'home like' but it appears as a motel with kitchen. Their utensils are all very old plastic including very old old flat ware. You... More

About as nice as you'll get in a smaller centre like Roseville. Breakfast was included and was very good. I concur with another traveller who commented that the air conditioning was very loud. I called the hotel in advance thinking that it must not be central a/c, but they assured me that it is central a/c. Turns out, it is... More

We stay here 2 times per year and just returned from a 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom suite in April. We paid $140 per night as a weekend rate. Although this property has many things going for it, it definitely caters more to the extended stay guest. I suspect that they hold the better location rooms for those... More

I had a two month business trip in the Roseville area and opted for the Residence Inn since I could book a suite instead of just a room. I called when my arrival was delayed and was told that there would be no problem with my late check-in. When I finally arrived, I was warmly greeted and was checked in... More
