In early May I made a reservation through hotels.com for 3 nights in the Roseville Heritage Inn. When we arrived they had no rooms available! They had not put the reservation into their computer! As it was Memorial Day weekend and the fact that there were several softball and soccer tournaments going on most lodgings were fully booked. The manager... More

RE: Hula Event - April 25-29, 2012 Dear Ron, After another disappointing event at the Heritage Inn Express, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be utilizing this property for our semi-annual hula events, and I do not anticipate recommending this or any Heritage Hotel Group property to my students, clients or other patrons. The continual complaint... More

Reserved room online prior to trip. Too tired when arrived to go to another hotel. Problems: 1) Odor in bathroom from sink, which did not drain. 2) Holes in walls in bathroom. Furniture worn and beat up. 3) No hair dryer or iron as advertised. No remote for TV. Lights continually flickered. Wires were spliced. Front desk attendant said they... More

This motel was aweful....As soon as it got dark, all hell broke loose. People yelling and screaming, pounding on doors and windows next to our room and at one point our door. Called us on the phone trying to reach someone else..Felt like we were in the Ghetto. No response from the front desk helpers, adn most definately no refund... More

I have stayed here several times in the past few years and each time is pleasant. The rooms are a good size, clean, well stocked with linens, and the staff is friendly and courteous. There are some wonderful places nearby for inexpensive meals as well as some pricier restaurants. I will stay here again.

walked into lobby to check in (about 8pm) receptionist was on a couch in the lobby "hugged up" with her boyfriend so first impression was "this place is GHETTO". room was old, only one of the two beds was made. The pump on the jacuzzi bathtub was so loud it drowned out the volume on the TV. Shady people hangin... More

This was not a business trip in the normal sense. I was in Roseville to attend my mother's funeral. She died in January but because it was easier for family to come later, we scheduled her service for March 7, 2011. This gave me plenty of time to look for a hotel that would accommodate my husband and me, our... More

I have never written an online review before, but I have to warn people about this place! 1.Noise: it is right on the freeway (we were on the other side & instead had branches from a large pine tree constantly smashing on our roof in the wind!) Also the fans & heater were very noisy & rattled. 2.Misrepresentation about smoking... More

We spent one night here on our way to snowboarding. The price was low so we expected a dive of a motel. It wasn't that bad though. Our two rooms were HUGE and both had very large bathrooms. It seems like this place could really have a good thing going if they just paid more attention to small details that... More
