Room needs updating. TV is old tube with very limited channels, which several have a major buzzing sound. Rug is in need of being replaced, as is the wobbly chair and desk. Lamp shades were damaged and dirty. Spa is out of order. The bed sags and hurts the back after a period of time. Activity at day and night... More

I'm writing this review taking into consideration this is a $99 a night hotel. Pros: bed was comfortable, good location, free parking, and easy check in and out. Beyond that, very bare minimum. No hair dryer unless you request. How is a hairdryer not a staple?! Cheap on towels. Two washcloths and no hand towel. Carpets dirty. Will stay at... More

I love this particular hotel, the beds are so comfortable, the layout of the building surrounds the pool and hottub. The rooms are just right with bathtub! Great location with nearby restaurants and stores. Price is affordable and the service is friendly.

The was clean for the most part. There were no hand towels. The shower curtain was short causing water to get on the floor, if not careful. Also, water pressure was strong and not adjustable. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Could hear the freeway most nights since our room was parallel to 101. Front desk staff especially,Jonathan, was... More

Tried finding anything in Sonoma County for $100 or under. Better off going to Motel 6 or sleeping in the car! Small, carpets dirty, no hair dryer, internet $5. Loud, uncomfortable bed, and bare bones, I would pay $50 for the room, but not $99.

I got this hotel through Hotwire. This is an expensive area so it seemed like a good deal (about half the price of other places). Save yourself and pay for a better hotel. There are plenty in the area. Check in was through a night window. The lobby was closed. It was only 9:30 p.m. when we checked in. That... More

The online price sold us and although thew reviews were all over, we had a nice stay. You get what you pay for and we got a decent room and met some other nice guests. Internet is not free, but the location is fine and the room was clean. The grounds were clean and well kept. I'd stay there again... More

A large group of us booked 3 rooms for a wedding in Santa Rosa. A few days before our arrival I called and requested an early check-in as we needed to get dressed and up to Santa Rosa by 4pm. I was told we could arrive by 1pm. When we arrived, there was no record of my request for an... More

This hotel was absolutely awful. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Please DON'T STAY HERE. I knew this place wasn't going to be luxurious; I was prepared to stay at a crappy place in order to get a cheap room, since I just needed a place to crash. However, I never imagined how absolutely disgusting this place would be, and I... More

I have never stayed anywhere so horrible before. Was staying for a couple days while visiting friends. Made it through one night and had to leave. They were quick to pay back for the two nights we did not stay but I think I should have gotten a refund for the night we did stay. The room smelled awful, the... More
