“Very comfortable. Only issue was room not dark. Best bed around.”

Stayed in king size bed. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was extraordinary comfortable. Room was not dark at all. Pillows not comfortable. No coffee or breakfast. No tissues in room. Old style 19 inch tv. Service wasn*t good - couldn't get a reciept.

“Clean, neat, inexpensive, with one problem”

Our experience was generally positive during our one-night stay with one major disadvantage. The hotel was easy to find with a colorful neon sign. “Too many bugs”

We tried to stay there this past weekend, when we got ready for bed my son asked what the bug was on his bed. It was a bed bug and underneath the matteress more bugs! Plus the pillows were dirty and stained. We will never stay there again!

The exterior doesn’t show much, but the inside… WOAH! Thunderbird Lodge is one of the cleanest, comfy, and friendly hotels. EVER!

Stayed here to see the RIverside Festival of Lights in early December and was charmed, was the perfect place to stay, close location to downtown and was blown away by appearance of hotel.
