I stayed here for a business trip and I wasn't completely satisfied. I had issues with getting my correct rate that they originally told me and getting my check-in/check-out dates correctly updated. I forgot my backback there, had it picked up by UPS and sent back to me. When I received it back there where items missing from it (items worth over $200 and even some souvenirs I bought)! This hotel is great. It has all the perks: breakfast with a delicious make-your-own pancake feature, nice rooms, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and free internet. It's not the best deal in Ridgcrest but it is my favorite place to stay. more

Our family of 5 very comfortably stayed in a spacious room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Room was quiet and cool. Breakfast was adequate and we were able to continue our trip well rested and fed. more

Our family stopped in Ridgerest on our way to Death Valley and found Best Western a great hotel to stay at. It was pretty hot and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Very clean. My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend. We wanted something as close as possible to Death Valley. We reserved a room here at the Best Western and requested a non-smoking room.
