On Saturday night there was a loud party with music and booze in the outdoor pool area. When we complained we were told that the party had rented the space and would last until midnight. In fact it continued past 1:00 AM. How can they rent rooms to families and then rent out the outdoor area for a party? Unbelievable.... more

I stayed here for a business trip and I wasn't completely satisfied. I had issues with getting my correct rate that they originally told me and getting my check-in/check-out dates correctly updated. I forgot my backback there, had it picked up by UPS and sent back to me. When I received it back there where items missing from it (items worth over $200 and even some souvenirs I bought)! This hotel is great. It has all the perks: breakfast with a delicious make-your-own pancake feature, nice rooms, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and free internet. It's not the best deal in Ridgcrest but it is my favorite place to stay. more

Our family of 5 very comfortably stayed in a spacious room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Room was quiet and cool. Breakfast was adequate and we were able to continue our trip well rested and fed. more
