5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2008

We just got back from a two night stay and found the hotel comfortable and very pleasant. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated and was large, clean and well-decorated. It was also quiet. We found the pool clean and a relief from the extreme afternoon heat. There's also a spa, which we did not use. What puts the... More

I booked this via the telephone as part of our September road trip. I was impressed with the telephone manner of the receptionist who even cut me a good rate. It was supposed to be a stopover after Death Valley but for the second time of visiting, Death Valley was flooded and I couldn't stand another sodden journey into the... More

We stayed here on business and it is a usual stop for us when in Ridgecrest, although we will likely try some other properties on our next trip. There are some good points and some bad. Good points include large rooms, a lovely property and a full breakfast - not just the usual continental that you usually find. We found... More

This Inn was very clean. I saw both the Inn and the Suites and felt that the Inn seemed more clean and updated and roomier. The rooms at the Inn were big compared to a regular hotel room. Checking in was a little confusing for the check in person as there were 4 reservations by the same last name. The... More

We are talking about Ridgecrest, CA. I've stayed here twice for work this year. Both times, I had the same rude, snotty man check me into the hotel. He has to be the worst hotel clerk of all time. So rude and obnoxious. The woman who checked me out of the hotel was much friendlier. The rooms aren't bad--very large... More

A very good hotel with an excellent sized room and very clean. Staff were all very helpful. Stayed here on business for 8 days and it was like a small home from home by the end. Restaurant could have been better as they don't really cater for vegetarians (typical of the area though).

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2006

We stayed here the last week of January 2006. We paid $75 which seemed about right for the area. Heritage Inn advertises as the best hotel/motel in Ridgecrest which may be true, but certainly wasn't perfect--needed some touch up in the bathrooms, etc. We had a little dog which could stay for no extra charge and was welcomed. The entire... More

I agree with the previous reviewer. My husband and I stayed in Dec 2004 for a week to visit relatives. We too paid the $75 a night rate and I have to say that I wouldn’t pay more than that for the room. This is one of the best hotels in Ridgecrest just because most of the rest of the... More

This is a good deal if you can get it at $75. Friendly staff, good rooms, nice pool/spa area and a cooked breakfast as well.
