For several years, Springhill Suites Marriott in Ridgecrest has been our overnight digs while traveling to and from Death Valley National Park and the Bay Area of San Francisco. This year, too, we stayed a night there. The quality of service is still very high right from the reception staff to those servicing the room. While the hotel now shows... More

We are Marriott members, and we were not disappointed as usual. The room was extremely clean, smell good, a lot of space including a sofa and the beds were pretty comfortable! The service was excellent and the breakfast good! We always feel right at home when we sleep in a Marriott hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel; after visiting another hotel with "suite" in the name - and ONLY in the name - the night before, the fact that our room at SpringHill actually had a mostly-separate bedroom and couch/office area with a minibar sink and mini-fridge was delightful. The decor was nice and the internet free. I've seen other... More

I stayed here one night on the way to the Kern River. The front desk worker Ashley was very friendly and helpful when we arrived very late; she was kind enough to get us bagels and toast them for us at 1am. The room was nothing special and needed a major update; the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was dirty,... More

Nice hotel. like the fresh cookies in the evening, we didnt get HBO when we first checked in but they fixed it when we asked about it. We have stayed there twice this year, will stay again. I wish it accepted small pets. The breakfast in the morning is great, the coffee is ok. The beds are good, not bad.

a very good Marriott property and the only place we will stay in Ridgecrest. Good sized, modern and clean suites with varied, plentiful, and nutritional breakfasts. Very good desk service too. The hotel is one of the newer ones and certainly one of the most pleasant. We did not use the fitness room or other facilities.

Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff and great breakfast. I would not look any further if requiring a motel in Ridgecrest. We did not utilize the pool or exercise room but they looked clean and inviting.

The property is well kept and off the main road. The staff was mostly friendly. all the comforts you should expect on the property are available. The room was very nice and I liked the layout. Everything was clean and looked modern, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the early morning staff had most of the... More

Wow. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and I really cannot say anything bad about this hotel. The internet is slow for surfing but acceptable for email. Breakfast was good and refreshed frequently. Fitness Center and the pool appeared clean but I did not partake.

Sometimes the "down market" brands of major hotel chains have some real gems, especially when it comes to customer service. No big city anything here, including attitude. From welcome greeting to departure the staff did their utmost to make my (brief) stay enjoyable. This was my staging point for a camping trip up the eastern flank of the Sierra Nevada... More
