Priced better than most of the Berkeley hotels, about 20 minute drive to UC-Berkeley and it's across the street from a mall. Lot's of other stores nearby. Rooms are fine and staff is helpful. more

This property is fairly new, clean, reasonable, with easy freeway access. It is essentially a small studio with kitchenette. Found this place via Expedia and needed a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay for two nights while visiting family in Richmond. This Extended Stay was only five miles away from where I needed to visit, so it was really convenient. I stayed on a Fri/Sat.
